Monsoon rain in the south of Korea has caused landslides, power cuts and forced hundreds to evacuate their homes.
Two deaths have been reported in Jeollanam-do Province, where a woman in her sixties drowned after being swept away by floodwater and another woman in her eighties was found buried in mud.
As of Tuesday, thousands of hectares of farmland were submerged.
The weather agency forecasts more torrential rain for Jeollanam-do and Gyeonsangnam-do for Wednesday. Residents are advised to avoid danger zones and refrain from going outside.
