Video: Heavy rain causes roads to flood, travel chaos in Istanbul

Heavy rains that fell in recent hours caused the streets of Turkey's most populous city Istanbul to flood on Tuesday and led to major travel disruption.


Some vehicles were left almost completely submerged, their roofs barely visible above the floodwaters, as evident in images captured by an epa photojournalist on the ground.
